Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship
This qualification enables those interacting directly with an organisation’s customers to understand and meet high standards of service. The benefits can be applied to any sector and service situation, whether staff are interacting with customers face-to-face, verbally, in writing or digitally. It is ideal for those working in roles including: Customer Service Trainee, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Assistant, Receptionist and Front of House Assistant.
Our apprenticeship course includes the City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service.

What does the course cover?
Our teaching and learning sessions provide a thorough understanding of effective Customer Service and the crucial part that it plays within the organisation.
Apprentices will learn and be able to demonstrate expertise in communicating well with customers using a variety of related techniques. They will learn the importance of a customer-focused experience and how to provide it. By the end of the programme, apprentices will show that they can be organised, work effectively within a team, provide personalised customer service in line with company values, manage customer expectations and take ownership of promises.
