Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship
The Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship programme equips those in more senior customer-facing roles to provide a professional standard of service and become an advocate for high standards of service provision. Successful learners will also gain a City and Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Customer Service.

What does the course cover?
Learners undertake a series of modules over the duration of the programme, which cover defined aspects of senior customer-facing roles. By the end of the programme, staff will have a thorough understanding of brand advocacy, be able to demonstrate working effectively with colleagues at all levels, take ownership and responsibility and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes from effective management of challenging situations, as well as other related skills.

Learners can progress from this qualification into a range of other business and people-management roles, such as HR or team management.
