The Level 3 Recruitment Consultant training course is suitable for recruitment consultants who are directly employed within the recruitment sector. Consultants will be mentored on how best to identify, qualify and secure client recruitment opportunities in line with their agency’s objectives.

A Recruitment Consultant’s role is to identify and secure job opportunities within their client organisations. Recruitment Consultant training is designed to enhance and develop the skills of your existing recruiters.
It is a recruitment consultant’s responsibility to identify, assess and place suitable candidates which satisfy client requirements and to achieve revenue in line with agency objectives; this recruitment training course will create opportunities to develop these skills.
The recruitment consultant standard is assessed in three parts:
Knowledge: L3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP)
Competency: L3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment
